Meet Leonie

An econmist and mindfulness trainer with a background in corporate consulting, Leonie is passionate about helping individuals transform anxiety into agility and exceptional performance.

Long before mindfulness arrived in the corporate mainstream, she founded and chaired the Global Mindfulness Network for Big Four
firm, Ernst & Young, where she was responsible for training leaders and teams in mindfulness as vehicle for improving inclusive behaviours
in diverse teams.

The mindfulness network was recognized for its leadership and innovation in field of workplace mindfulness by the All-Party Parliamentary Groupon Mindfulness in the U.K.

Through the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, Leonie has trained people at
IBM and PWC and delivers teacher trainings, including an advanced course on teaching mindfulness in the workplace.

Having worked 10+ years as change advisor specialising in large-scale organisational transformations, she learned how vital agility and resilience are for sustained personal performance and organisational growth.

She trained as mindfulness teacher with Bangor University’s CMRP and the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, and completed the Level 2 Neuromeditation Instructor Training (Clinical Applications) with the Neuromeditation Institute.

Leonie earned a Masters with distinction in International Health Management from Imperial College in London

“Mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral training and neuromeditation have changed everything for me, and I know they will for my clients, too. I’m passionate about helping others discover the small, sustainable changes that empower them to release anxiety and become more agile, resilient and joyful in an uncertain, always-on world.”
