Meet Leonie Schell

Mental training has been a game changer for athletes. I’m on a mission to adapt it for professionals who will never settle for less than they can be. I’m a former management advisor with experience in large-scale transformations across various industries and the architect and ex-Chair of the EY Global Mindfulness Network. The network’s exceptional leadership was honoured by the All-party Parliamentary Group for Mindfulness in the UK.

As a member of the teaching team at the distinguished Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, I teach public and corporate courses and train experienced mindfulness teachers in how to introduce mindfulness training in workplace settings. In the past, I had my own struggles with self-doubt, exhaustion and unfulfilled potential, and there was one approach that had an outsized impact on me: mental preparation.

I subsequently focused on perfecting this method and found that it amplified my confidence and sense of agency, making things that felt challenging before – such as public speaking – easy and even enjoyable.

My training in mental preparation has not only helped me establish a sought-after coaching business but it’s also helped dozens of my clients to overcome fears, enhance their presence and secure new professional opportunities.
